I think this could be warriors or yet weapon classes second awakening, probably idk

The confidential reason was cause of Wep Skill Notes i think.
And honestly after having Wep Skill Notes, and still being able to apply more skills in the future. 4th Wep slot seems a bit much but still not out of the question.
Also have to remember and account for Artisan Weps too since those are Warrior exclusive.
I think that this will have to do with the story line and the second awakening. The 2nd awakening may be completely different that we would be expecting. Just my thoughts
