Personally, I feel like I hit a jackpot when I realized that a lot of the Halloween seasonals go for only 250K-ish Galleons. Bought myself a Dark Omen Mask with that.
I bought a lost treasure piece for 10k galleons after the marketplace reopened.
Just got halloween bag for 100k, and easter figurehead for 50k.
I dont even use it tbh
250k for a dark omen mask is a massive overpay , but tbf the trading scene (and by extension the game) is pretty dead rn so youll mostly find overpriced seasonals and sunkens on the marketplace atm
for reference, dark omen masks usually got sold for at most 130k 3 ish months ago and there has been 0 justifiable reason to have them increase by 120k
2 death crowns 1 dark omen 1 cursed chain necklace and a Easter staff and all in all they were like 7k galleons each of em was going for their assigned ingame value (so I made like a 500k+ galleon gain)
Hasty scrolls for 800
haha… yoink!
Percent wise, that’s a big difference.
Volume wise however… it’s a little bit disappointing. You’ve practically saved only 2 500 galleons with this purchase, which isn’t a lot.
ill take saving galleons where I can get it honestly
6 Ardents for 500 each
How do you guys ever have 10k+ galleons on hand
robbery and murder
- Selling stuff from chests. A good inventory clearout once got me about 50K Galleons.
-
- Those premade Jewels are the best moneymaker in the game, probably. You could also sell Potion Reagents for a small markup on the Marketplace, which is what I do.
- Cargo runs. They’re pretty slow and you can make more Galleons faster with other methods.
- Treasure Charts. Apparently some old forumer found a way to make millions with them, but nobody’s figured out the method yet.
Whoa, thanks! I’ll try that out
Oh, and if you want some braindead money, go to the Gem Seller in Sameria and buy his entire stock. Make jewels out of them all with any reagent and sell them back.
I have 1.1mil
bro sold the rusty can
I exploit my several slaves (deckhands and ‘hired’ castaways) in order to produce items that always sell well (and for good money) on the marketplace.
You can also figure out what Breaded_Butter did in order to make their treasure charts always be at the same location and on the same part in order to reach the galleon limit (5 000 000) in a few days. The only issue with this latter method is that you have to figure it out (nobody has done so yet, it’s like the one piece).
