Did they post the new changes already ?
i dont think that this bodes well for any one of those bleed synergies since that would make them activate more often on weapons causing mass damage bumps for all of them.
this means that lightning (next patch) would always deal 1.01 (if effects are halved for same weapon synergies otherwise it would deal 1.11) effective damage on ALL weapon attacks and we know that is not going to stand since lightning is a fast magic and look how that goes for light.
