savant, i mean i get the stigma around it being hard, but you can make it simple, personally i run 4 slots with my shadow basic boxing savant (1 fs, 1 magic, and 2 weapons) so yeah, savant just feels like pre awakened but better, sure you miss out on imbues but the amount of options u have on ur moveset is NICE
anyways on a much much serious note if you do want to compete against other classes as savant, you MIGHT have to SLIGHTLY powerstack
i just hate shadow cause its edgy and all the kids i’ve seen use it are full of themselves
