What is the Best Fishing Rod for Catching Rare/Big Fish

I’ve been asking people about it and they all have different answers so I wanted to know if there is a certified undebatable best rod for fishing

I’d say a bronze rod with almost anything but magnetic. Magnetic is statistically the best when looking for sunken items but all of the others have some method of helping you catch larger fish:

  • Luring gives you more chances to get big or rare fish within a time frame

  • Sturdy increases the chances of you getting a large fish exclusively, though it hardly helps with rare fish besides making them easier to catch.

  • Lucky boosts the chances of both rare and big fish appearing, and it also makes golden fish more frequently appear.

Go with whatever you like most.

Pretty sure various people have run the numbers on this and concluded that magnetic isnt even the best for sunken, so yea bronze rod with anything but magnetic
