What is the max level upgrade for the Sunken Sword?

I was told it’s max level was determined by current level cap, is this true?

yeah
so for now its 120, but it will go up with each level cap raise

The max is 1000

Its doesn’t have a cap lvl, its cap lvl is your character’s lvl, so its always useful, same with sunken armor.
