What energy it draws from?
Why the plants exist?
Was it because of Theos?
Is there secret lore everyone knows about except for me???
Yes, and its not by coincidence either, the entire community collectively decided that you in particular don’t get to know
In all seriousness I don’t think we have any solid answer, my best guess would be that its its own special enchantment that the art of making is lost, somewhat similar to lost and ancient magics or like the exotic enchants found in the dark sea that the enchanters in the bronze sea are incapable of making

Chaos seems able to cause insanity (source: Akursius Keep), so warding probably came from Creation.

Maybe the real warding was the friends we made along the way. And by that I mean maybe there’s souls sealed within the equipment taking the brunt of the insanity for you

Honestly after seeing that (leaked?) screenshot of what spirit weapons/energy are this makes the most sense w/ the info we have since spirit energy, which is basically the power of life, is derived from Creation

Is the theurgist gear referring to Theos? If so does that mean he has a connection to creation?
Well, the symbol used for Warding is the Ankh; an Egyptian religious symbol which represented life and eternity. This, combined with the fact that the highest level of Warding is referred to as “divine”, tells me that it is, in some way, a holy power. Perhaps something created by the Greek deities long, long ago for some purpose.
Perhaps Prometheus granted it to counter the potential madness caused by the Sea Curses? Likely in exchange for those crystal whatcha-ma-call-ems.
Theos wore arcanium armor, not robes. In Arcane Adventures, he actually gifted to us the gauntlet of his chestplate, and through that we know that his armor gives both Power and Defense, whereas Theurgist gives Warding and Attack Speed only. Theurgist is most definitely unrelated to him.

I really meant if Theos was doing some sus stuff in his hometown way back when.
So if Warding came from Creation… Spirit Energy also from Creation…
Does that mean we can use Wardens as a human replacement for Warding? 
there should be holy warding islands that were like, blessed by creation’s energy or something
if chaos can taint islands I don’t see why creation can’t purify them

Wait, it just occurred to me. Could that be why Randal said our mind is “cloudy and hazy”, not like a regular human mind? At first, I assumed it was because of our amnesia, but Randal said it as if it has something to do with whats special with us rather than our amnesia.
He sees it as “cloudy and hazy” not because of our amnesia, its because he cant read it entirely, it appears cloudy and hazy to him. Randal may be relying on magic energy to read people’s minds (our magics come from the mind too), what if our spirit energy was somewhat blocking him? Like how Warding blocks anything entering your mind.
He can still read it to some extent as he was able to decipher our intentions and talk to us through our mind, but anything past that is blocked.
