What is your workout regimen?

i have also been trying a new workout routine recently

10 sets of 10 push-ups, sit-ups, and squats, with a 5 minute break in between each set

a bit too easy icl

i walk

I cycle

push: 3x14 ring dips. 3x15 pushups (pausing 2 seconds in the bottom portion). a single set of ring tricep extensions

legs: 4 sets of 100m uphill sprint (i should probably sprint on actual flat ground). 3x12 hanging leg raises

Pull: 5x12 pullups, single set of 14 dumbell curls. On the same day many hours later i run for 1.5 miles

Do pushups until failure

i do that for my last set
