What is your workout regimen?

For funzies I’m curious

Could be gym, could be athletic training workouts, I went broad here so feel free to throw anything

100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10 km run every day

Ten reps of talking to my many discord kittens a day

I just run around outside every once in awhile in every season other than winter

5 beers everyday for the heart and soul

i dont have a workout regiment

i just do whatever (and bouldering)

It is extremely bold of you to assume I work out

Unless we count like school PE lessons and sh*t

My work out routine is stimming the fuck out when i’m alone

Boring sod, I do it regardless of how many people are in the room

i do a lot of moving around at my workplace. 3 nights a week 8hrs
otherwise i try and get out of the house when i get the chance. i prefer to walk to places

im skin and bones i fear

i just workout cus i like having muscles

10 minute jog to and from gym

3 sets of 10 reps for 5 different exercises depending on the day (push, pull, and leg day split)
pretty basic stuff like incline bench, bicep curls, and squats
i don’t do bench tho cus it hurts my shoulders
my fav exercise is pullups :grin:
my least fav is the weird hamstring one where you curl your upper body idk how to describe it i forgot the name :enraged_face:
anyway it usually takes about an hour

i go around 4 days a week

other than that my exercise is just me walking to class every weekday
