Kinda hard to say, the most we have to go off of is Neviro and the gloam ruins. The ruins at Akursius are just the fort that Ravenna built there are destroying Winterveil so no help there.
The image above is basically the best you got for what their castles looked like. We do know there was an emphasis on their cold magics as that was what they were specifically known for. The only thing irl thing I can think of that they might equate to is like eastern Europe. From what we’ve seen I don’t think they’re another Scandinavian faction and based on Neviro’s appearance and the architecture of the gloam ruins I’d imagine they’re a European adjacent culture so not like Northern Asia or Inuit.
