you can battle him in neutral, you’ve to be hostile for it to notice you

Protector reps and above can’t damage good npcs. Including the exiled.

You can’t be above about 300 rep, everything under is fightable I think

Your best bet is to just go neutral - you don’t have to worry about people besides dark wizards fighting you and your welcomed by villages

Plus killing Exiled doesn’t lose you reputation
