I think for the sake of it, Apocalyse can be more explosive because Scorch isn’t just all explosive. It’s still a pretty strong fire with the explosion factor amped up to 11

You dare compare these two magics? You thought you could get away with this blasphemy? Apocalypse Bringer’s destructive power is hands down unrivaled by any magic, fighting style, or weapon. Scorch is just green fire while Apocalypse Bringer is destruction incarnate. One is a petty flame while the other is perfection.
