saw this dialogue today and was thinking the same thing
lore wise in October we could return to Ravenna later on in the game to probably get rid of general Julian (most likely 3rd order member of the order in the Bronze Sea) when the festival is on.
this corresponds to the ingame month sadly, its passed already i think
