How exactly do Primordial Magics work? Is there like a Primordial of all the basic magics, and do they all have the ability to be used this freely like it’s described above?
Primordal or Ancient magics are forgotten powerfull magics that can be found in scrolls of Ancient magics, but scrolls are so old, that you can read only about binding magic to your body through Hex mark, but nothing about spells, so you have to collect Lost spells for this magics.
Interesting fact is that, Ancient magics probably will have unique effects on them, or they will have broken/good stats
So would these magics still be casted from the soul, or use magic energy? Do the scrolls that they’re encased in alongside that hex mark thing play a role in that?
You get the hex mark, and find the spells. It’s as simple as that.
All magic that we use are mana-energy based and Hex mark just bind magic to you mening you wont be able to forget it as you can lost magic.
Hex marks are non canon that was for when wom was supposed to be a fairy tale game

I believe that it works different in the sense that there are 5 minds but only 3 are able to be unlocked naturally.(base magics) These other 2 minds require scrolls to use.(this is unconfirmed but I’m going off of the lore where it says that it was discovered that people actually have 5 minds)
I do believe that there may be a difference between ancient and primordial magics as well. Primordial may refer to the magics such as the cloning or teleporting but it uses your soul and not magic energy. While ancient magics resemble current base magics (like inferno and fire) and use magic energy and function similarly to the base magics we have.

or - arcane’s primordial magics (magics that dont use magic circles but instead use your soul to create spells)

imagine the kind of magic in dnd, marvel or lord of the ring, basically speaking, you can hand-waving anything ( or nearly anything at least )
no, as i said, it’s just magic, not fire, water or wind magic, just magic
again, it’s magic, so the only things that limited what it can do is up to the user’s creativity

Most of the stuff on there looks non-canon. Also, the person that made it isn’t a mod or tester.
What do you mean? Questions about magic and other topics were answered by tech (Lore Facts section), and a lot of the information came from confirmed sources. Most of the non-canon stuff I’m pretty sure seems to be partially from the web comic, but there’s also canon lore. About the person who made it I’m not entirely sure, but I swear their name is quite familiar.
Stuff like mutant flora and the manipulator are unsourced and seem fake.
Could possibly be from the webtoon or something else. I didn’t read the webtoon so I wouldn’t know. It’s also not the main focus of the topic
