honestly I only have a vague grasp of what q clashes were like, but they seemed really cool
pretty cool stuff it was literally just keyboard mashing a few letters to increase clash score and whoever has considerably less clash score implodes violently and dies instantly
yes we should bring that back (definitely not biased as a metal user)
Unfortunately your damage had no effect on the clash, only your speed at getting the right inputs.
(I’m pretty sure you could clash verdies and oneshot him that way)
clashrates
I don’t really have any memories of Arcane Adventures despite having played it a lot, but the one thing I can say is that Arcane Odyssey is essentially a more polished and friendly version of it.
From having revisited it a few months back, I also recalled that it had a pay-to-win lootbox system (you could only open locked chests with paid keys).
pretty much ao lite, had far superior vibes though
i used to think trigno and averill were really cool, ended up quitting around when 3rd sea was added due to getting my data wiped
all i remember was getting carried on verdies and quitting at oblitesco
Oh damn you failed the trial of endurance
I have vague memories of running to the banker and stalling out his dialogue every time I got jumped, because talking to NPCs gave you a forcefield and you could stall the Banker’s dialogue infinitely until the attacker just gave up
I made it to about the second sea before Arcane Adventures went paid access, and my parents didn’t let me buy robux back then so I was essentially just locked out of it until it broke. My final memory was “Kill 200 gunslingers in Oblitesco for your second magic”
i was not built for that
I stopped playing after getting my Ultimate Art because it was too grindy for me.
Forced to spend 7 hours just m1’ing in a corner
Grinding stats in the beginning was alr since everything was linked to player level
then came the stats change
then we had to individually grind magic, strength(?), etc (I just remember it being that we had to autoclick after the stats rework to like get our ultimate again lol) so it was suffering
xxl colossal cutlass in question:
My fondest memory of arcane adventures is probably during beta, slapping bandits around on savaria.
Magic fist was fucking busted.
Black magic items were overpowered.
And an obligatory repost of this picture i took:
Also I find thalassophobia nostalgic now.
