i’m so glad i came upon this by chance, i just looked up “magic games” or something like that on roblox cuz i was bored only to find world of magic (around 2021 maybe?) and fell down this awesome saucesome rabbit hole

I played AA like once and never played it again but I did play WoM a lot I barely made any progress (all I basically do was rob a town and try to escape the magic council)

I actually came across Arcane Adventure content alot on YouTube and I was only reminded of the game (or rather the developer) when I saw a video titled as “Why A.G is cancer”

I also did know AA back then but wasn’t bothered to play it, mostly played Critical Strike back then or sometimes Strife.

adventure story for me. i played AS while WoM was in dev as thats when i learned of it. i had never heard of AA, but that may have been because i was a mobile player up until i found AS. maybe when i was 7 i could have played PlantPoplio - Roblox this was my account i don’t remember password (i liked the water pokemon ok)

i remember like 3 years i entered the game and then when i heard the music left instantly due to it reminding me of another game not on roblox

I played AA but I struggled against the shadow magic guy because I was little so I chose light magic to counter him.

Light has since been my favorite.

played aa and really liked it but i could never get past ramses cause skill issue, then the game broke and i could actually never get past ramses

It was actually a game called ’ Arcane Reborn ’ that i stumbled across one day when i was bored, that game is a reupload of Arcane Adventures which last i checked, doesn’t appear at the roblox games section. The story was really what helped to reel me in alongside the world maps and magic system.

I was pretty happy when i discovered Arcane Odyssey on the day it was released, and I joined the forums + official Discord soon afterwards.

To this day, im glad that i managed to find what is essentially a rare diamond amongst the growing amount of slop content which I can go back to whenever i wanted.

One time I got bored, saw AO, and I was like “I’ve seen this around a few times, it looks pretty neat, I’ll check it out.” then I played release version, and I thought it took itself too seriously, but then I was still bored, and tried again, and I like game!!

When Neviro showed up in the Eternal Mines scene I was just like “who the hell is this guy”?

arcane reborn has uber low drop rates, the sunkens aren’t super rare compared to ao tho
the most powerful sunkens are 1/1500 per piece when fishing which can be whittled down to 1/1500 for any given piece = 1/500 for any piece at all, couple that with a magnet rod which has a 3x item rate and you have 1/166 or about 0.6% for a sunken champion piece

don’t get me started on legendary charts though

-has a minor conversation with the protagonist early on
-shows up out of nowhere to free you and help kill a corrupt king
-gets stabbed in the chest and blasted with aether magic, shrugs it off in 5 minutes

tells protagonist to “leave me alone”
shows up randomly at the prison break
pretends he’s part of the crew now
gets jumped by a lost magic wielder
does nothing for the whole fight
gets up at the end and goes “It’ll be better without you!” like yeah no shit you think that you got blasted in the chest

Joined my friend in wom during open test 4, blew up a window, got arrested, quit.

Not to mention how it runs…I cant even see the islands nor npc ships properly.

The bright side about it tho is that u get a chance to witness some pretty goofy buggy moments, like witnessing a quest brig being destroyed by a random tornado and killing the npc target inside

I played AA then it got taken down, WoM quit since no more story and then swapped to AR which isnt from vetex but still similar to AA
