this list is going to be somewhat inaccurate for high value items as people will always want overpay for them and their values change on a dime
on average, sunken warrior stuff is worth more than normal sunken iron stuff
a fair offer? probably warrior chest + a good add or two, but ofc people are greedy and will want more
