What would Full Release not be complete without?

I’m curious what you all think, edit freely.

  • Limb Loss for weapon users rework
  • Sea Creature AI rework
  • Warrior awakening rework
  • Castaway spawning and AI tweaks
  • New ship variants
  • Some way to see in dark areas
  • More Banana
  • The uncommon clam-themed set obtained from fishing
  • A progressive title screen

Disagreed Section VVVV

  • Flight spell
  • Frigate
  • Arcanium weapons

(those are likely just for another time.)

frigate or atleast some of those ship variants like the gunboat(basicly a sailboat modified to fit a siege weapon instead of 2 cannons)

I should mention, this is a wiki format, so you can edit the post and add it yourself.
I did add that for you though.

I feel like a system where you can do quests that affect the towns and kingdoms you do them for in some meaningful way, depending on wether you do good or evil deeds, would be a great addition

Cutscenes or impact frames for some grabs/finishing off an enemy with certain moves (at least for bosses) would be nice. For example, killing someone with flash strike would slice them in half with a black and white impact frame or stabbing someone a million times with piercing strikes.

Yes!

YES!

Ye- wait.

I think the ideas for a Warrior awakening rework that you posted in the Patch Note thread sounds good in theory, but the major issue with it is that it would not only screw over weapons with less skills more (looking at the Rapier after Weapon Customization dropped), but it would also encourage the player to just run what gets the most skills more than the system does now. Why would I run the Hammer or Greathammer when weapons such as the Greatsword get their good skills AND skip out on Brutal Rush?

Basically, it’s a decent idea that’s unfortunately screwed over by some weapons just having more existing options than others. It’s also heavy weapons such as the Greatsword and Greataxe that get this treatment, which I find somewhat interesting.

Now what do I want in Full Release? Personally, I want to see Strength builds have the same amount of Rare/Lost stuff as Magic builds once again, as well as Weapon builds getting more unique skills like Crushing Judgement.

Not that one, just anything. This ain’t about that.

this would be sick

Ah, sorry about that. I still think the concept is neat, though.

I’m not really sure how Warrior could be reworked though, especially with the problem in Weapon Customization. I think I’ve seen some people throw around customizing your weapon aura to be attuned to a certain stat (Power, Speed, Size), and it sounds neat enough. It might not synergize with Enchantments, however.

okay im gonna be honest im getting REALLY tired of people talking about it.
theres only so much you can do for a class that uses only weapons aside from raw stat boosts.

I made a pretty 50/50 concept in the patch notes discussion, as opposed to the current 30ish/30.

What would it not be complete without? I don’t even know what it would be complete with, considering it’s not out yet.

What I want? Cannon Fist to not have the different ammo types taken away, the return of being able to hold things like reagents, to be able to go fast, and for vanity items to not have any effect on gameplay.

god no
they end up getting so overused in roblox games that they lose any sense of actual impact and just end up being an eyesore for the most part

I added “Some way to see in dark areas,” for a few reasons:

  • getting through the titan caverns is extremely annoying as-is (I hated it even on my first playthrough while everything was fresh)
  • There’s gonna be a titan cave bear on full release that just mauls you while you’re completely blind which is going to be horrible for new players
  • you basically can’t see anything while diving at night which is extremely annoying considering diving spots are huge
  • in abyssal spots you’re given nothing but a black screen with revealing visuals

Juraserva questline (:crossed_fingers:)

spirit weapons, and the idea that they are very exclusive (not found unlike rare weapons / magics, not taught unlike fighting styles, entirely from bosses)

The uncommon clam-themed set obtained from fishing.

Jokes aside, a progressive and dynamic title screen would add a lot of flair to the game while also serving as a way to tell returning players that the game has changed a lot.

oh my goodness this would be so cool

it could follow the player’s location in the story (maybe as frequently as every visited island, or less frequent to only be kingdom islands or something like that) OR be changed to something else to represent the state of the world and the players decisions (maybe both at the same time)

the loading screen background as an aerial shot of Caitara would be so cool, same with Skyhall
