Sameria is still experiencing large-scale flooding. Scorching Dunes don’t offer any protection, and Amarut has a direct access to sea as well, so both it and Caitara will experience major flooding and damages.
Al-Jahili, however, could be entirely safe. It is very high above the sea and greatly protected by mount Enkav. Only the harbour may experience some damage, and even that mainly from flooding.
The Ice Mines would probably not survive without major damage, since they’d be directly exposed to a lot of the waves. Serious damage might be avoided if populace and supplies are transported to the top of the island, but frankly, I think there’s a bigger threat. The island is an iceberg, and a huge wave could very well tip it over.
Yeah Sameria is still screwed but I just think they might do a bit better than would seem at first. Bronze is probably entirely fine aside from becoming more isolated for a while and maybe some islands at the very edges.
Monos is probably mostly fine, they’re already doing fine while fairly isolated and are far enough away + being blocked by Sameria for it to probably not impact them too much.
if it’s anything like Fort Talos collapsing, then I imagine the island would get stuck in a time loop of directly before it fell, and anyone who visits would witness a replay of the residents not knowing they’re about to die

I guess he just didn’t know how to do it in a way that wouldn’t mess with the Argos fight but like, just make it so you have to go into a dream realm or something for mirages. It’d be better than the current system anyways.
You could even just have the boss room be surrounded by rubble rather than reduced to it, so that from the outside the place does look collapsed, but you can still enter the boss room.
as scandin said all other sky islands would fall with it if nothing further is done, although it is entirely possible that some magic users might start a last second operation to break chains connecting to ivoris so there’s at least a few sky islands remaining for skyhall to rebuild.

assuming that a chain-breaking operation occurs to prevent all other sky islands from falling, any non-magic citizen in ivoris and not directly next to a skyship port or the bridge of notus (whatever it was called) will die, as those are the only two ways to evacuate out of ivoris and anyone who cannot immediately access them will quickly be unable to access them ever again as the island falls and prevents them from walking there by foot. any non-ivoris citizen will be fine if all goes successfully though anyone with relatives in ivoris should be ready to host a funeral for them
outside of skyhall, leto is absolutely not surviving, and the ensuing environmental impact is probably enough to cause severe destruction to all islands without an extremely powerful magic/curse user inhabiting them. sameria would most likely survive with relatively minimal casualties and destruction as they have a lot of powerful people to rely on. silverhold might have a chance though i’m more inclined to say that amelia herself wouldn’t be enough and she would need backup to prevent mass casualties and destruction of silverhold. makrinaos is a similar deal, just with syndicate instead. monos island might receive protection from sameria if they doesn’t have trouble handling their primary land. mount othrys might survive just by the merit of being blessed or whatever, there’s a poseidon temple up there after all. any other area is probably screwed.
if we assume only ivoris falls, skyhall can potentially rebuild in the sky.
if we assume all sky islands fall, skyhall would quickly get pillaged and destroyed by honestly any nation really. skyhall is full of complete frauds: king has a lost magic yet can’t do anything about his son going on a rampage because he’s more ill than someone living off iv drip; second prince has a terminal case of racism which would not help with diplomatic relations with other nations. most importantly, they don’t have any curses. fenrir’s also right beside them, a single wotan son is probably enough to recreate what cazal did to the seville kingdom
Othrys would probably be fine. Aside from being super tall, there’s not any people on it so the most that could happen would be all of the trees getting ripped off and a bunch of bears drowning.
