I personally like blunt weapons so a big mace, or a club of some-kind would be great!
What about you guys though? I know people love swords, but is that your favorite? Any kind of sword in particular?
Maybe you want something kind of weird even. I’ve played games in the past that let you have a bench as your weapon class (so of course that was my main). Feel free to get out there with your ideas, this is all for fun anyways.

A assault rifle, with a staff built in for easy casting, along with a massive broadsword under the muzzle, and 2 flamethrowers on either side. oh and a railgun
Perhaps a Revolver that can be dual-wielded
But my most desired weapon for my mage is a Sniper Rifle with a Night vision optic and an Arcanium bayonet! For secondary weapon, that would be an Uzi with laser sight!
Or perhaps A MOTHERFUCKING DOUBLE LIGHTSABER!!!

thats why i would choose a one handed sword, simple and versatile
