I see the poison tooth dagger much more, but does the sanguine boast any special quirks of its own that make it stand out?

Not only that, it’s one of the rarest weapons ingame due to how poison tooth reagent affected the drop rates :sob:

Luckily, I own one with my own tag in it before the reagent was released

I have never once received any drop from a summoned shark :fr:

theres no reason to use the sanguine currently if you have both, the poison dagger has both a better impact damage and better status effect (unless you are a wind conjurer)
next update poison dagger’s impact damage will be slightly weaker than the sanguine, so theres some reason to use the latter

I like my poison tooth dagger sailor fist warlord. damage is fun.

There was never a reason to use the Sanguine after getting the PT Dagger. The latter has poison damage and more base damage.

Shame too since the Sanguine looks infinitely better.
