What's the best siege weapon and cannonball for 1-shotting players?

I want to return to my roots as an A.G shitter who obliterates criminals with the borealis pounders rather than having to fight them with any semblance of actual skill.

As someone who believes that the best way to keep the peace is through superior firepower, what do you guys think is the best siege weapon and ammo type for me to eliminate criminals in a single volley?

warship howitzer with heavy exploding shells, will take a while to reload but will probably obliterate the enemy ship entirely in one volley
