I’ve seen people do it before, and I was wondering what the best way to do it would be, and I know you have to get past Enizor to not get softlocked.

Anyways I’m not sure on the fastest way but diving spots and treasure charts are generally insanely good, about a level each time you complete one.
you’d get softlocked if you did enizor’s quest at level 30, which is avoidable, but it would feel weird only having one deckhand for a while. I’ve seen it happen, but only if you upgrade him I guess? idk
You mean quartermaster? Deckhands are randomly spawning NPCs in towns that give ship stats.
Anyways I think you should be able to still talk with him if you have him as your equipped quartermaster in his base form, possibly even upgraded form.
We already know all it seemingly takes for NPCs to be able to turn in quests is to share names…
