What even is the order? I read on one of the patch notes you can get clues which you can use to hunt specific order members, so it seems like these guys are an elite group of NPCs.
Will they be fightable on release, and how many of these guys are there? Do we know anything about it?
Edit: are they like bounty targets and they’re just randomly generated dudes or are they a set of pre built guys?
The order is an ancient, secret organization that is presumably a main antagonist group in AO’s story. They seem to be connected with Ravenna in the bronze sea, but it’s currently unknown how far their reach extends throughout the war seas. Members of the order are bosses which we need to collect clues for, and once we reveal their identities we’ll be able to fight them. So far, we’re only aware of two members of the order. A high lord and a Baron.
I assume the fort Talos dude is one of these guys since baron/high lord are titles in medieval Europe given to land owning nobility. I’d assume Elias the Ravenna noble is one too
So the order isn’t anything special, they’re just bosses we can run into throughout the story?
Basically, but presumably there are also side order bosses that you have to do certain side quests to fight and aren’t necessary for the story
they are very special
its the entire reason we dont know snything about them because its spoils the story
they propably corrupted ravenna and maybe a bunch of other kingdoms in the other seas as well
