Each of their items should be rolled the way cargo items are but its the merchant rolling the items, so lv80s can rarely sell lost abilities, all can sell enchanted, etc
Because rn the only reason to visit them is to see how bizarre the merchant looks. Because they have wackier designs than some of the rivals and official bosses
