I’m still of the opinion that Knights will have Spirit Weapons that function more like actual weapons, in the same vein that Warlords have weapons that require Strength to use.
With that in mind, I’m predicting things like Hestia/Hephaestus-blessed(basically a constant fire effect) swords, or Ares’ Helm and Spear. Hell, maybe Athena’s worshippers were granted replicas of the Aegis shield blessed with its powers.
The thing I’m praying for, though? The Trident of Poseidon. Sunken Weapons and Spirit Weapons had a kid, and that kid is now in the hands of a Knight that wants to kick your ass.
Actually, I wonder if Cursebeard ever had some Arcanium or Spirit sword named Excalibur since it turns out he’s King Arthur. My theory is that it would either be a spirit weapon enchanted by either Zeus (after Zeus was killed by Prometheus) or perhaps Poseidon (who joined Cursebeard). Or that Excalibur would be an exalted arcanium weapon infused with the either the primordial magic, or 4 sea curses that Cursebeard wielded.
funny idea what if legendary spirit weapons were instead of being blessed items by the gods, are instead items from the gods themselves left over after they died
How would we obtain them, though? I’ve had a sneaking suspicion that Blasted Rock is going to be home to raid boss fights against legends from the Arcane Universe’s past(dying to the giant tornado in the center says you were “lost to time,” a very specific thing to say), but if that ends up not being the case, how would we obtain artifacts wielded by the Gods themselves?
I am fond of the idea of just… having a spirit weapon that looks like a clay jar, has a fire affinity, and has Rites that are a bit more support-heavy than the rest.
Yes, this is meant to be a Spirit Weapon connected to Hestia.
i dont care what it design is, but i want it to have a gimmick where it does full damage to ships (just like cfist) and not reduced damage like all other player attacks (except cfist)
