personally its a LOT of rock, hard rock and metal

Love Foo Fighters, Breaking Benjamin is amazing, Dream Theater is really good progressive metal

one of my all time favorite genres is instru-metal, Russian Circles is definitely my favorite band from that genre, with Liquid Tension Experiment at a close second as well as solo works (John Petrucci, Joe Satriani (which ig is closer to instrumental rock more than metal? (I don’t know much about music lol))

a recent fixation has been The Goo Goo Dolls, one of those bands where I really like a select few of their songs but can’t really get through any albums without getting bored

I adore alternative music. Mostly rock, metal, alt, some “absurd” stuff.

Band? The Smiths. Paramore is the other first place some days. Kings of Leon, Imagine Dragons (Yes, I unironically do, in fact, love this band), Joy Division, Dazey and the Scouts, The Wombats, Depeche Mode, I got a taste.

Also add Florence + The Machine, usually 3rd favorite band just… constantly.

I don’t really have much of a favorite genre unless Lyrics is its own genre

Usually when a song has lyrics i just get pulled in, i have a private playlist that is literally just songs that have lyrics of various genres, sometimes its even just “Game song with lyrics”

Jazz and rock and roll is a go too for me, but most of the time I just listen to whatever sounds good in my ear.
