you can do it with a cube and cut the some parts idk

Some changes to the katana. Made it longer and also found a way to import into roblox studio
mb if the sharps arent marked, roblox studio decided to remove all the materials and UV etc when importing so i had to re-add materials from scratch in Roblox Studio. Yes I tried baking. Yes it was with that one image node too.
Maybe I could contact JTN to equip my avatar with this sword in Roblox Studio
