When I try to change my guild tax from 40% to 10, 1 or 0% it keeps reverting back to 40% and none of my guild members are changing this

What were you doing before the bug occurred: I was turning in a quest. I keep changing my guild tax to 0 or 10% since our guild bank is at max and we just need infamy now. Every time I change it back and turn in a quest, it keeps taking 40% instead of 0 or 10%.

Steps to reproduce: Try to change guild tax lower than what is already is (or maybe higher)? I changed mine to 10% and it keeps going back to 40% and no one in my guild Is changing it

This applies to all guild info - changing a #'d name or title also rolls back most of the time.

hopefully it gets resolved in TGR cuz vetex aint doing any hotfixes…unless he decides to fix this
