storywise and gameplaywise, when are we actually getting strong enough to face high tier curse users like wotan’s sons (i think) and maybe characters like avery walker n shit… like deadass i’m so tired of fighting the lame magic users like ivar and all of the previous bosses except for like allanon and calvus since they’re the only ones that actually earned their lost magics, unlike iris i think since she was born with hers or whatever
From what we’ve heard along the lore, as Wotan’s sons are nearly equal to Wotan in power, I doubt we’d ever have a chance at fighting them, even levels nearing the max.
To further prove that we aren’t able to fight them, eventually is the keyword, that could mean in 5 levels, or nearing max level, I theorize the latter.
All in all, we’re never going to be that strong, despite us being the MC.

Honestly when we get arcane apotheosis we can be able hold our own a little against top tiear curse users for low tiers i say after we acquired lost/ancient magic

He had it for at least a month before he proved himself capable enough of holding off an experienced base curse user.
He also had several chances to use it afterwards and chose not to.
Several months of owning the death curse and his blasts do as much damage as the average metal mage.
Almost like if you make no effort to train your skills, they take much longer to improve!
