Where are the pounches at akursius keep/black rock

i cant find anywhere in these 2 location

Akursius keep’s pouch can be found inside of a tower where you find ghost rackham
(Second or third floor, you might struggle)

If you meant blackreach with ‘black rock’, pouch is inside of island’s secret place inside of maze.

I suggest you to find blackreach ones pouch by simply digging into secret place / destroying the maze.

I believe it’s the fourth floor taking the ground level as the first floor
