Please. I’m so close to Bronze Sea Explorer but Ravenna is permanently at 21/22 and the only quest I can find is locked behind a negative rep requirement. I keep hearing from people that ‘testers say it’s not a required quest’ so where in the world is the last one?
pretty sure its required, it sucks. im in the exact same boat as you (except i need more treasures in diff areas) i could b wrong but from what ive seen it is

Yay. Now I just need the rarest item in the entire god dang game: A limestone key treasure chart.

Yeah small islands need higher chances to be picked, since treasure charts pick a random terrain part, it’s usually shell, ravenna, or windrow
Not kidding, I have more luck getting exotic and legendary fish, boss drops and rare techniques than I do of getting a treasure chart to a small island.
