Whether u want more power or defense is up to u 
I think power would be better since you’re using light, plus with that much agility and attack speed you can pretty much dodge anything
I don’t recommend using the dromeas gear tho, as negative regen can be annoying. If ur okay with it tho then it’s fine
If you are using negative regen, then may as well run no defense and go all in on mozzie build
