A question asked by everybody, but do not have a definitive answer.
It’s been a while since I’m playing Arcane Odessey and however big clans like Goethic and Lotus are great that don’t really give that vibe. I want to know which clans were the best in PvP, PvE, Leaderboard Players, and more in the history of AO.
PvP Strength: Which clans dominate in 1v1s, team fights, and large-scale battles?
Ganking and Strategy: Are there clans known for their coordinated tactics (or for avoiding unnecessary toxicity)?
Toxicity Strength: Which Clan(s) were the Most toxic and controversial?
Friendliness and Community: Which clans are most welcoming to new players and have a positive, supportive vibe?
Richness and Resources: Do any clans have better-established economies in auction market, access to rare items, or organized systems for sharing resources?
Connections and Alliances: Are there clans with strong alliances or established reputations that make them influential in AO?
Event Participation: Which clans are most active in hosting or participating in in-game events?
Longevity and Stability: Are there any clans that have been around for a long time and show consistency in leadership and activity since the release (not talking about WoM)?
Fun Factor: Ultimately, which clans just feel the most enjoyable to be part of?
If you’ve had personal experiences with any of these clans, or have recommendations based on the above, I’d love to hear about them!
I feel like hades was the best clan (In terms of being an LB clan, not a clan outside that) in terms of PvP in groups/1v1
By being the most notorious and having pretty known players? might gotta give that to noble phantasm (Might connect with also being very rich and resourceful clan but it is the only one I know of unless there is some clan out there that could top it like shadows of yor or that other clan that had xxael in it)
Best at being a fraud? Goethic
Connections/Alliances? Probably any clan owned by a popular youtuber/mod (Like that one with some Akursius PNG, it was owned by a known YT but idk his name and clan name)
Event Participation? Again, noble phantasm (They also partaked in mod-events exclusively but that was way back, somebody else could take this position but so far I haven’t seen much clans make events as fun as this including events outside of AO)
Longevity and Stability? Probably Suncry, I also believe they will make it come back or any clan that started in WoM like Roselight
Fun Factor? Noble Phantasm (Personal experience, just depends on what clan you see most fun to be part of)
Friendliness? Might give it to roselight
In terms of being hated and loved? Crimson Crescent/doge kingdom probably (though long gone and also notorious/known)
