I like to plan future games so they are easier to make when I actually start them. Here are the two options for the Roblox one:
Untitled Battleground
classic fighting game but with more weapons and mobility. Here are some concepts
-
Icedagger (from sword fights on the heights) has a spiraling fury ability and a beast instinct ability. Deflects all attacks, deals low damage, has freeze ability
-
Rocket launcher can launch you up and deflect attacks with its explosion.
-
Swords (Example: Windforce Sword)
- Windy Tempest - Tempest ability
- Windswept lunge - quickly dash forward with the sword
- Windy Power Slash - Slash forward with great force, not a flying slash
-
Dual Swords (Example: Dual Illumina)
- Shining (replaces Slicing) Rise - Spin the swords with great force, sending you high in the air and dealing damage to surrounding enemies (Deals less damage than Tempest)
- Shining Mirrored Lunge - Lunge forward and deal additional damage, but covers less distance
- Can parry 2 attacks at a time
-
Lance (example: Brickspire Lance)
- Fortified Brick Splitter - thrust forward with great force. Like sparrow thrust but the AOE of piercing gale
- Fortified Piercing Lunge - Leap towards the enemy. if landed successfully will deal damage. Travels further when aiming down but less far when aiming up
-
Firebrand Staff
- Flaming Ascent - Press the staff on the ground and use its leverage to leap high
- Whirling Flames - Basically Fury of the Sea with shorter range. Spins the player around and deals low damage per tick
- Flaming Slash - Send out a quick flying slash with high knockback
-
Slingshot
- Power Shot - A powered shot with large aoe
- Multi Shot - Shoot multiple projectiles out of the slingshot
- Rapid fire - rapidly fire the slingshot
- You can launch the slingshot and immediately parry it right after in order to launch it with great force, not as much as Power Shot
-
Paintball Gun (Few abilities, useful for disorienting opponents aim with slippery and sticky paint)
- Paintball Rain - Rain paintballs upon enemy
And others like superball and potions
Untitled Hiding Game
- Everyone can use weapons. Hunters automatically get all weapon abilities while hiders must kill hunters with weapons in order to level them up. Hiders also have potions. Overall hiders deal less damage. Their damage and weapon stats are also based off the item they hide as (so if you’re a lamp expect your damage to be lowest but very quick and blinding attacks)
Which should I stick with for the game?
- Untitled hiding
- Untitled battleground
