Which gods are actually dead?

So, it says in the lore document that, during the war between Zeus and Prometheus, Arthur took advantage of the split pantheon to gather his forces, march upon mount Olympus and kill the Olympic gods or have them join him as well as Prometheus after forcing him to create the curses.
The thing is, however, not all Greek gods resided on mount Olympus. In fact, very few of them did.
We know that most the Greek pantheon was killed, which includes:

  • Zeus
  • Hera
  • Ares
  • Aphrodite
  • Haephestus
  • Athena
  • Artemis
  • Hermes
  • Dionysus
  • Demeter

The two remaining gods, Apollo and Poseidon, joined Arthur and perished during the Cursebeard war. Hades, who was not an Olympian and resided in the underworld instead, also survived, later creating the Absorption curse and indirectly causing the Fracture and Cursebeard war.
However, here’s the issue:
The gods that resided on mount Olympus, Prometheus, and Hades only make up a small portion of Greek gods.
First off, there are the wind gods: Aeolus, god of winds, Boreas, god of the northern wind, Zephyrus, god of the western wind, Notus, god of the southern wind, and Eurus, god of the eastern wind. That is already five gods who resided in distant palaces.
There are other minor gods, such as Asclepius, the god of medicine, Hypnos, the god of dreams, Nike, the goddess of victory etc., none of whom resided at mount Olympus. They might’ve been hunted down afterwards, of they might have not, we have no way of knowing that.
Then there are the titans, of whom there are many. This includes Cronos, Rhea, Iapetus, Atlas, Hyperion, Epimetheus and many, many more. While we could assume they were killed off or imprisoned during the Titanomachy, we do not know wether Titanomachy happened.
Further on, there are the Protogenoi, the primordial deities born straight from Chaos in Greek mythology. These include Aether, Gaia, Pontus, Nyx, Erebus, Eros etc. These are specific because they can’t even be killed, and we don’t even know their actual status. Seeing as they’re the literal embodiments of earth, sky, sea etc., we don’t know if they could be killed.
There are also 3,000 river gods and 3,000 ocean nymphs, which might’ve been killed along the way, or by the Fracture, but at this point, is it even worth counting?
So my question is: which gods were actually killed by the war, which died after the Fracture, which died due to other causes and which are still alive? There’s no way all of them were killed, right?

:person_shrugging: there’s literally thousands of gods there’s no way arthur went hunting to kill them all because that’s stupid tho we do know that Pan is dead (sadly) vetex confirmed it a while ago lol kinda sad tbh i hope that most of the minor gods aren’t dead

I hope Hestia is still alive, since that would make for some interesting interactions

only a few

:skull: there better be a good explanation for that

cursebeard wiping out the gods because he is biggering his curse factory

well the war of the gods lasted like 100 years, not to mention the fracture probably killed off a bunch of surviving minor gods maybe

my headcanon is the smart gods used their powers to make mini elysiums in the dark sea and just live there away from all the insanity

thats actually what mimhere island is

As usual, absolutely 0 explanation
I guess they all randomly got fatal heart attacks and died

maybe cuz we will get more of an explanation later in the story, as usual

plus the guy only asked whether they are alive or not
he didnt ask how they all died
learn to read

With how gods are the question is even more complicated.
Are there gonna be gods just respawning at random in the storyline?

Ok so basically if somebody sent you to the store to check if they have butter you would return with a yes/no answer

You’d imagine there’d be at least some explanation how 6,000+ deities died in a span of under 1,000 years… I certainly hope it will be explained

there are NOT that many gods

Yes there are if we count in the minor gods, such as 3,000 river gods and just as many sea nymphs

they are fodder and would get one tapped by calvus

well, not exactly as many now seeing as some 80% of the earths surface has been rendered uninhabitable, and all the land has broken up into small riverless pieces

Honestly i’m mostly curious about circe i wonder if she’s dead or what she’s up to

When people talk about greek gods they’re talking about like 20-30 figures they could name off the top of their heads. Specifically the main olympian gods, the titans, and major lesser deities (like the winds).
Not the billion river deities and random creatures with powers over nature.
