Dense, Ardent, or Tempered
What you should be doing is using it for yourself and deciding which part of it is most lacking for what you want.

now you may think im insane for using a T1 enchant on a good weapon, but hear me out.
Rising Tide, the skill you have the sword for in the first place, has low damage scaling.
Ardent, while making it faster, guts its already low damage.
Dense, unless your using like 300+ attack speed, makes it too sluggish to be too useful.
Tempered, while giving it a much needed damage boost only amplifies its worst base stat into being unbearable, that being size.
Bursting boosts its somewhat low size to be more bearable with no cost, and its base damage is alright while its base speed is actually pretty good.
