Add a whitelist button for clan islands

Okay its pretty straight forward, GIVE US THE OPTION TO WHITELIST PPL FOR OUR ISLANDS. I mean come on I kind of expected this to be in the update.

Reason to add/change

Honestly I want this to be added so that my friends can dock, load, and unload stuff at my islands

I think the way this could be done is just by having a button on who can enter Clan Bases or just allowing party members inside the base.
