Who still asks for Ptd’s? I haven’t heard about them since potions update
People maybe realized that they aren’t worth so much, because they’re not only daggers, but also a fairly reasonable drop from a merely uncommon sea creature. If you want one, grab a ship attachment and go to the dark sea. I got a couple by mistake while trying to farm duration jewels when I thought they’d be worth it.

i think they are like 25% chance from normal 50% from giant so probably havent killed very many
Just make a ton of bleeding throwables and spam them into the ocean, one will spawn eventually.

The main use for daggers were for PvP mostly and they got nerfed pretty hard with their clashrates being reduced to almost nothing (gets outclashed by a blast) so the demand just stopped
