and why 20% momentum reduce?

First off, they’re proposed by a balance team full of skillful PvPers
Secondly, vetex didn’t do the whole proposal
out-of-battle is probably because it’s weird to be inconsistent like that
the momentum is because of just how far those things go

I used them for dark sea the 7 trips I’ve done in my life
fights fr look like it’s dragonball with 2 dodge reflexes icl
I actually agree! I hate it when the game gets balanced around the top 100 pvpers doing tourneys and the balance team coping. We pvers get ignored

ya well womp womp. Isn’t even like the pvp changes will affect pve that much, if at all. It just requires slightly more skill than it did before.
reflexes were supposed to be used as midair dodges that was their intended purpose this just makes them more like that
