Elsa is much faster, and you must consider that she can freeze her opponents too
Acheron has the lightning curse, it’s a really fast curse if you ask me, definitely faster than Elsa, plus, Acheron can also freeze having multiple freezing magics like the ones you’ve mentioned (frostmetal, ice, snow, etc.)
