Visan, Orion, Level, JTN and Dynamo are some of the best pvpers I have heard of hehe. Depends on the region though usually.

Fair, I doubt anyone in Asia would be able to stand up to Visan. Dynamo is an AS light player with impeccable aim and block timing.
