armors switch you to a different body piece, and sometimes those body pieces tend to have different heights from the default, cause that’s just how R15 was designed by Roblox.

It’s not really a thing. it’s not something you’d expect people to document because it’s not something people normally care about.
If I had to guess, it’s the chestpieces with that mesh.
some leggings make your legs longer which makes you taller as well
the flower/dress leggings does this i think
That person in specific is wearing arcanium armor
Also the Fighter animation makes you taller by clipping the LowerTorso mesh into the UpperTorso mesh less
