Ok so I’ve decided to play devils advocate, and seriously consider what optical is saying.
- Why DOES rule 10 exist? I’ve just become aware of its existence again, and it literally feels dystopian. Can you imagine if you weren’t allowed to discuss the cops catching criminals?
- Suggestions are basically useless on here. I don’t even think the game not being released yet is a valid argument, as they USED to be read, but now you’re required to pay a subscription fee to Vetex to have your questions answered and suggestions yes/no/maybed in a timely manner.
- I agree with his point on writing or art, but I disagree with

4. I will admit, posting this on the forums was a pretty bad Idea. That’s like going to the capital and asking the president to nuke the country, who do you expect to agree with you? Do you enjoy making enemies?

And, I feel like, once again, we, as a society, can agree some things are MORALLY REPREHENSIBLE and frowned upon.

Please - grow out of this mentality. Some things SHOULDN’T be subjective. I don’t know what’s funnier: The guy that is pretending to quit the forums in a blaze of glory that nobody pointed out is still posting, the guy that is demanding someone grow up for having one shared opinion with his ex, the guy that wants a violent revolution, so sure that he’ll not be on the bad end of it, or the guy that is going to cause even more off topic posts by pointing this out.
But to answer the question, why are the forums still here? To provide a place to discuss Arcane Odyssey, and topics related to Arcane Odyssey, in a way that is conducive to allowing specific topics to be discussed and allowing those discussions to carry on for as long as there is interest, without it being buried by other posts. You can ignore the writing and art, and focus on what interests you, or post new threads about what interests you.
