context: this is after alr using construct once in the air, usually used like that when climbing for extra height

Does construct use up air mobility? I’d imagine it would.
it does but even if i have 1 air charge left, i still cant use it sometimes
Maybe it requires both to use but doesn’t consume both like the glider
If not I don’t know because I don’t use construct

the cooldown spell list ui should at least indicate that 
i’m fr tempted to remove construct
I imagine its probably a visual bug that it doesn’t update the cooldown UI.
yeah leap has the same issue, its just a bug
I’m baffled that to this day such simple problems still go easily overlooked
i think its less that the devs dont know about it and moreso that its just such a low priority bug that it never gets fixed
