-they’re the first weapon type you get when you start a new file
-dagger throw is an S tier projectile type
-spiraling fury is really fun to use in PvP as a chaser tool
-because I said so
-they have 2 unique status effects so far (poisoned and burning) that as of currently no other weapon type has by default

-they’re very stylish, sanguine is the epitome of sleek and smooth taste
-they can run a variety of projectiles and even flash strike, which while not the best due to their size, can be a fun mixup surprise for unsuspecting enemies
Other weapon types that come very close to peakness:
-polearms/staves
-musket
-katanas
-greatsword
-axe/mace
sanguine is the worst looking dagger, and I will die on that hill.

Wouldn’t it be 4 since the only dual daggers we have are the shadow daggers and if you equip 3 it’ll only show up as 1 pair of shadow daggers on your character

9 if you count claws as daggers

2 claws plus 2 daggers = 4 total
Shadow daggers and two other daggers 2+1+1
(2 claws + 2 daggers x 1 flintlock)/katanas per square inch
