Alright so I have a guild called the All-Star Meme Squad, and well we had about like 7 people join, and then they all left. They left before I could even give them ranks. I’m not sure why that is, is it because my guild isn’t a cool roleplay-like guild? (ex: The Lotus Order, Knights of Ardor, etc.) Is it because I don’t have a lot of memebers so far? Is it because they think I’m a weirdo for making a guild about memes and World of Magic? Someone even joined my guild 5 mins ago and left just now saying they didn’t like memes. I’m pretty discouraged right now and I’m not sure if I should cancel my guild. What do I do to make my guild get memebers?

don’t overthink it.
They are just normies, memers seem to be a minority in the game.
They might just be checking what you got
Just because they join your discord, doesn’t mean they want to join your guild
Just keep being consistent, ask people if they want to join in game, and keep going
you can’t start a guild without putting in effort
People will join your guilds server for a few reasons, it may be just to get an insight on your guild for whatever reasons, it may be because they’d like to get a look at what the competition is. There are plenty of other reasons why people may join your guilds discord and just leave w/o an explanation. Don’t overthink it and just keep on goin’. 
Most of popular guilds have members who are great at pvp, they are not friendly.
Try making a guild invitation with this following rules:
“We are not friendly, we’ll ban anyone who acts stupid in our guild, We will destroy anyone who tries to ruin our party, Hail (your guild name).”
Not true, a lot of the strong guilds who are good at pvp are actually quite nice and you just wouldn’t know that because you aren’t in one yet.

I agree with Azlx, they’re probably just looking at the wrong guilds like Látom where they charge their guild members just to stay inside of a division.
I didn’t say they were not nice, I just said they were like cool with their names for their guilds.

maube if you put “You’re not allowd” in your recruitment ads people will want to stay because they are doing some thing theyre not supposed to
I have already been in 2 WoM guilds, which had pretty weak leader and members, most of them were spamming the navy seals meme thing on discord chat and i left because i was sad
