I appreciate PvP toggle but why do players with PvP turn off still appear in bounty bored like u can’t hunt them down, their fame or bounty don’t go up when they kill NPC so why are they there ?
I’m pretty sure they’re hidden for PvP on players (or players with high enough renown, not sure which exactly)
The reason they still appear is because people wanted to be able to see their feats
