I just wrote 2 of my suggestions to apply as a suggestor. And guess what? It wasn’t even the half of what I wrote in my second Suggestion and there was symbol limit ![]()
Like seriously, why???
I’m a yappuchino, I cant write suggestions without reaching transcendent amount of text and then there’s the symbol limit. I’m fucking confused.
because the devs don’t listen to them anymore
I kinda follow the rules (I’m trying) and I can’t just write a Suggestion out of Suggestions and I cant write in suggestions because i’m not a suggestor. And now this. Breh.
I’m fairly sure that it’s because of how Discourse forums handle group requests; I believe if there was a viable way for it to be extended it would be, but unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be the case. For this reason, applicants are encouraged to edit their request text after making the initial submission, which allows you to circumvent this restriction.
wow that’s cynical.
no, its always been like this.
You submit your request THEN put your actual submission either as an edit or a reply in the created thread.
