Why does Rogue Lineage have enemies from a non-Roblox MMORPG?

I’ve noticed that there are a few Rogue Lineage mobs that seem to be taken from MapleStory, a Korean MMORPG.

Below is the Evil Eye, a mob infamous for causing in-game insanity…

And here is an Evil Eye, a mob in MapleStory that’s popular to farm in the very early game…

They don’t look 100% identical, but as you can see, there’s a resemblance.

There is, however, a reskin of the Evil Eye in MapleStory, called Surgeon Eye.

Again, not 100% identical (Rogue’s Evil Eye is blue while Surgeon Eye is black) but there’s still a resemblance.

I’m pretty sure this is either just a fun reference or a tribute to MapleStory. I actually find it kind of neat and just wanted to point this out.
